Long Mynd & District Bridleways Association is a membership group of riders and friends, working to ensure that our bridleway network is maintained and improved and to provide opportunities for local and visiting riders to enjoy the Shropshire countryside.
The Long Mynd & District Bridleways Association Common Riding of 2016. The Common Riding was inspired by Allan McVittie’s AGM talk about the famous Scottish Border Rideouts. Annual common rides are still held today and mark a time long past when local riders risked their lives to protect their settlements and people from vagabonds, reivers and rogues!
